The Bahamas villas are fully equipped for housekeeping. Seaside cottages with upstairs bedrooms are accessed using a spiral staircase. These accommodations include daily maid service, along with your own patio chairs, beach towels, sun umbrellas, and a float.

Perfect for couples, each seaside cottage comfortably accommodates two people. All seaside cottages are air conditioned, although their native stone and tile construction keeps them naturally cool. Royal Palm Cottage: This spacious end seaside cottage has a four poster, queen size bed, spacious garden bathroom, walk in closet, coffee maker, small sink and refrigerator, overhead fan, A/C and a private oversized wrap around patio. The Royal Palm is a favorite seaside cottage for many of our returning guests.
Travelers Palm Seaside Cottage: This room has a queen size bed, spacious garden bathroom, walk in closet. It also includes, a coffee maker, small sink and refrigerator, overhead fan, A/C and a private patio.
Coconut Palm Seaside Cottage: This room has a queen size bed, spacious garden bathroom, walk in closet, also a coffee maker, small sink and refrigerator, overhead fan, A/C and a private patio.
Coral Cottage, and Conch Cottage: These seaside cottages accommodate two people, include a queen-size bed, garden bathroom, walk-in closet, small refrigerator, coffee maker, A/C units and private patio.
Shane’s Shack: Sitting on the water’s edge, our newest seaside cottage keeps cool with thatched roof, sliding glass doors, overhead fans and A/C. It’s decorated with bamboo, this seaside cottage has a four-poster queen sized bed, spacious garden shower, small refrigerator, coffee maker and private terrace. And, what a spectacular view!
Piña Colada Seaside Cottage: A quaint beachfront room with a large garden shower, walk in closet with mini-fridge and coffee maker. The seaside cottage also includes overhead fans, air conditioning, and a semi-private. It is located directly adjacent to the clubhouse & bar, lush foliage provides a serene spot to relax!
Caretaker's Cottage: This lovely seaside cottage is neighbor to the Pina Colada Cottage, has a large bedroom complete with fireplace (non-working,) high ceilings, and an oversized sitting area with extra room to stretch out. During your stay in this seaside cottage you’ll enjoy an extra large walk-in closet, A/C, four-poster queen size bed, small fridge, overhead fans and a garden bath. Sliding glass doors lead to a private terrace with lush tropical plants. The Caretakers Seaside Cottage, is located just steps away from the Fernandez Bay Village Club House.
Seabreeze Cottage: A freestanding, one-story seaside cottage with queen-size bed, garden shower, small refrigerator and coffee maker and A/C.
Tamarind Suite: Directly adjacent to the club house and next to Coconut Palm Seaside Cottage, the Tamarind suite has the same amenities as the Coconut and Travelers Palm Cottages.

Our Bahamas villas offer additional independence and flexibility for visitors, as they are fully equipped including a kitchen, utensils and linens.These Bahamas villas are spread out among the property, and also offer additional privacy and a more personal island experience. Hibiscus House, and Seagrape House: Two-story Bahamas villas with two upstairs bedrooms each. In the loft is a queen size bed. The master bedroom is furnished with a king size bed and enclosed bath. Each unit also includes A/C kitchen, living room, dining room and garden bathroom.
The Point House: A freestanding, single-story Bahamas villa with two bedrooms, one with a king and one with a queen size bed, 2 garden showers, kitchen, dining and living area, and private terrace. This Bahamas Villa has awesome ocean views and a garden path leading directly to the beach.
Sand Dollar Villa: A freestanding Bahamas villa with private master bedroom and garden shower, overhead fan and A/C. A lovely terrace connects the master bedroom with the main house. Kitchen, dining area and living area with a pull out couch, overhead fans, garden shower and a child friendly loft with 2 twin beds.
